Marketing tip of the month

Karen Fewell
May 2008

Digital marketing is changing the face of marketing. Blogs, podcasts, rate and review sections are all new ways we can pass on information to customers and encourage them to buy products and services. This month we return again to Karen Fewell from InDzine to see what she had to say. These are her comments:

I asked team members who don’t normally write for the company to contribute to the InDzine blog. As expected I did get a little resistance and queries as to why they had to do it.

There are a good number of reasons why you will see new contributors appearing on the company blog. First and foremost you don’t want to read just my views, how boring! There is no ‘one single person’ that will help you at InDzine, you can pick up the phone and talk to anyone in the team. And often the final solution we deliver to you is created from a combination of everyone’s knowledge - so our blog should be the same.

We are a friendly bunch and I want that to come across in our blog. So bookmark the blog and return in a week or so and see what is new. Oh yeah and let me know if you have a topic you would like us to write about.

Notice the chatty style, the subtle way it sells their services, why not send them an email at karen@indzine.co.uk or perhaps arnold@avfmarketing.co.uk
